WELCOME TO THE KI FERMENTARY

Sadly our Fermentary doors are currently closed due to covid-19 but we look forward to welcoming you to the wonderful Sussex countryside in the summer months.

 

Situated in the beautiful Sussex countryside nestled away in the Bluebell Woodland at Bates Green Farm, we offer a series of workshops, talks and experiences. From hands on work in the Fermentary showing you the skills behind kefir making, to experiential events in our woodland where we make, cook and chat about all things gut, farming, cooking with the experts.
